Fortress Success at BOINZ

Fortress attends the 2016 annual BOINZ conference.

This year Fortress attended the 2016 annual BOINZ conference and expo at the Airforce Museum in Christchurch.

This event is run by the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand and the 3 day event provides a comprehensive environment that expands industry knowledge and delivers valuable networking opportunities for building officials and associated professionals  - such as government officials, architects, engineers and regulatory officials.


This is the first time Fortress has been part of the event and we teamed up with Steel & Tube to put together a comprehensive display.

The Joint stand won the BEST EXHIBITION award at the conference and proved a great success. A major factor being the home construction example built here at Fortress and displaying a range of our products - The Decking Screw range, Joist Grippa, Bracing Bracket & Bottom plate fixing and the Ultimate Brick Tie.
